Overview The Senior Insights Manager is responsible for leading a team in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive business growth and strategy. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable plans and strategies based on the insights gathered. Responsibilities Strategic Insights Development
Design and execute research methodologies to uncover customer behaviors, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
Translate data and research findings into actionable strategies that support business objectives.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools for monitoring key metrics and trends.
Data and Analytics
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Implement advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques to forecast market trends and consumer behavior.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity in all analytics projects.
Market and Customer Research
Oversee qualitative and quantitative market research initiatives, including focus groups, surveys, and customer interviews.
Identify unmet customer needs and emerging market opportunities.
Develop segmentation models to guide targeted marketing and product development efforts.
Innovation and Best Practices
Stay informed of industry trends, new research methodologies, and emerging analytics technologies.

Qualifications- 6-8 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or insights generation
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field (Masters preferred)
- Proven expertise in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proven ability to design research to address business objectives.
- Must demonstrate the ability to design research in anticipation of how the information will be utilized.
